1.1 General
These Terms and Conditions (‘Terms’) govern your use of Door Decor Premium’s products and services. By placing an order with Door Decor Premium through any of our sales channels — including our website, physical retail store, WhatsApp, social media platforms, or authorised resellers — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Door Decor Premium reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on our website and will apply to all orders placed after the date of update.
1.2 Products & Pricing
All products listed by Door Decor Premium are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify specifications without prior notice.
- Prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may vary between our sales channels. Promotional pricing is valid only for the channel and period specified.
- Door Decor Premium reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time. In the event of a pricing error, customers will be contacted before the order is fulfilled.
1.3 Order Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Door Decor Premium reserves the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation or invoice from Door Decor Premium.
- Orders placed via WhatsApp or social media are confirmed upon our written acknowledgement.
- Orders placed through authorised resellers are subject to the reseller’s additional terms, though these Terms remain applicable.
1.4 Payment
Door Decor Premium accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- Direct Bank Transfer
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — available island-wide, subject to order value limits
- Digital Wallets including FriMi, iPay, and other approved platforms
Payment must be received in full before dispatch unless COD has been selected and confirmed. Door Decor Premium reserves the right to withdraw the COD option for specific orders or regions.
1.5 Installation Services
Professional installation is available as an optional paid add-on. Installation charges will be communicated at the time of purchase and will appear as a separate line item on your invoice.
- Installation is carried out by trained technicians in selected areas. Availability will be confirmed at the time of order.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that the door and frame are suitable for the selected smart lock. Door Decor Premium is not liable for issues arising from incompatible door specifications.
- If installation is not purchased, the customer assumes full responsibility for correct fitting. Door Decor Premium recommends engaging a qualified locksmith or carpenter.
1.6 Warranty
All Door Decor Premium smart locks are sold with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty periods vary by product and will be clearly stated on the product listing and invoice.
- The warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, physical damage, water ingress beyond the product’s rated specification, or unauthorised modifications.
- Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase. Door Decor Premium will assess the claim and, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective unit.
- Installation-related damage is not covered under warranty where installation was not carried out by Door Decor Premium technicians.
1.7 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Door Decor Premium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products, including loss of data, security breaches, or property damage.
Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant product.
1.8 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
