1.1 Shipping Coverage

Door Decor Premium delivers island-wide across Sri Lanka. We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your smart door lock products.

1.2 Delivery Timeframes

  • Colombo & Western Province: 1 – 2 business days
  • Other provinces (island-wide): 4 – 7 business days
  • Remote or estate areas: may require additional time; customers will be notified

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, adverse weather, or courier delays. Door Decor Premium is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

1.3 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and order weight. Charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated prior to order confirmation. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — please refer to current promotions on our website or enquire via WhatsApp.

1.4 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via Email. You may use this to track your delivery through the respective courier’s platform.

1.5 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Door Decor Premium purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.
  • Returns or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of the date of delivery.
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be presented with all return or exchange requests.
  • Items that have been installed, used, or whose packaging has been opened or damaged are not eligible for return, unless the item is found to be defective.
  • Returns requested due to change of mind or incorrect size selection may be subject to a restocking fee.

1.6 Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or is found to be defective upon first use, please contact Door Decor Premium within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for an assessment and, where applicable, a replacement or repair under the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Photographic evidence of the damage or defect must be submitted to initiate a claim.
  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse are not eligible for return under this clause.

1.7 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team via WhatsApp, email, or by visiting our physical store. Items should not be returned without prior authorisation from Door Decor Premium.

Upon approval, you will be provided with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

1.8 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 – 14 business days of the returned item being received and inspected. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible. Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer.
